July 4th 2014 meant much more to Anne & Jon than any past holiday. It was their WEDDING DAY!! Anne & Jon were both born in Maryland, met at the University of Maryland and now live in Maryland! So, it was only natural that they tied their love for their state (and Alma Mater) in to their wedding! From the cufflinks to the color scheme, this day screamed Red & Gold and I was thrilled to capture it all!
Mr & Mrs Elliott ~ Thank you so much for trusting me to document your wedding day! I hope you love the preview of your images and that you’re having a fabulous time on your honeymoon – Antigua or Bust!
Anne, you were a stunning bride!
I could not have captured this day without the help of my amazing second shooter, Lauren!
A huge thank you to her for all her help! She captured this shot of the flower girls and I just adore it!
Red and Gold streamers – Yes, please!
We headed to Anne’s Aunt’s home for portraits! It was a huge historic home and it made for the perfect backdrop!
Anne found these windmills and they were such a cute prop for portraits!
I was drooling over the girls’ J. Crew necklaces all day! (Thanks Lauren for these detail shots!)
The rooftop at the Royal Sonesta was exquisite! It provided the perfect cityscape for Anne & Jon!
As a nod to both Jon’s love of pie and the July 4th holiday, their favors were apple pies in a jar! How cute are these?!
Two terrapins in love – just like the bride & groom!
After dinner we walked to the Inner Harbor for a few portraits at sunset! LOVE these!!
The night was capped off by the fireworks show in downtown Baltimore! We had an ideal view from the ballroom!
A huge thank you to the fabulous vendors who made this day possible:
